Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase ("Purchase Terms") govern all orders placed through our website (the "Site") for products sold by us (the "Products"). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Purchase Terms, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Purchase Terms, please do not place an order.

1. Order Placement and Acceptance

When you place an order on the Site, you are making a binding offer to purchase the Products specified in your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We may reject an order for reasons including but not limited to: incorrect product pricing, incomplete or inaccurate order information, suspected fraudulent activity, or unavailability of the requested Products.
An order is considered accepted only when we send you a confirmation email with details of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). At this point, a binding contract between you and us is formed for the purchase of the Products specified in the Order Confirmation.

2. Pricing and Payment

All Product prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify Product prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been sent.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information at the time of order placement. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors, and we do not store or retain your full payment details. You warrant that you have the legal authority to use the payment method provided and that the payment information is valid.
If a payment is rejected or fails to process for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, or fraudulent activity), we may cancel your order without liability. We will notify you of the payment issue and may request alternative payment information if you wish to proceed with the order.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to all addresses within the United States. No minimum purchase amount is required for free shipping.
Order processing times are 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Processing times do not include weekends or national holidays. Once processed, orders are shipped via our designated carriers, and delivery is estimated to take 6–12 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary based on your location, with remote areas potentially experiencing slight delays.
We will provide a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You may use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website or our Site. We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather events, or high-order volumes.
We currently only ship to addresses within the 50 states of the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

4. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted through the contact form on our Contact Us page as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification or cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee approval if the order has already entered the processing stage (i.e., within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation).
If an order is successfully canceled before processing, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process outlined in our Refund Policy to obtain a refund.

5. Product Availability and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, images, and availability information on the Site are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that such information is error-free, complete, or current. In the event that a Product is unavailable after an Order Confirmation has been sent, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or, if applicable, an alternative Product of equal value.
If you receive a Product that differs materially from its description on the Site, please contact us through the Contact Us form with details of the discrepancy. We will resolve the issue by offering a full refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy at our discretion.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policies are detailed in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Purchase Terms by reference. You may initiate a return request within 60 days from the date of delivery for unused, undamaged Products in their original packaging. Approved refunds are processed in USD within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned Product, and will be credited back to your original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the Products, including but not limited to damages from delayed delivery, product defects (except as required by applicable law), or loss of use. Our total liability to you for any claims related to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the applicable Products.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your order, your use of the Products, or your violation of these Purchase Terms.

9. Changes to These Purchase Terms

We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated Purchase Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site to place orders after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Purchase Terms. We encourage you to review these Purchase Terms periodically before placing an order.
