Refund Policy

60-Day Return Eligibility

  • You may initiate a return request within 60 days from the date of delivery for any unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned with all original accessories, tags, and documentation intact.
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the item securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
  3. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund Processing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personalized or custom-ordered items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
